I don't ride bikes anymore. Seems every time I crash, I land on my elbows. Damaged the nerves in both elbows and Mom was told if it happened again they'd have to move the nerve from the back of my elbow to the front.
I wore elbow pads for ages whenever I did something scary. I was really skinny back then... Strong bones though!
