Now the ticket has been written there is no more need for anymore communication or contact by the officer. Have your attorney file for a restraining order. You probably will not get it but it WILL get their attention.
And i'd be making that neighbors life a living hell..i really would. There are sooo many ways..And most of them legal too.
I can not wait to see the outcome this! Go Holly Go!!!

I said it before I do not feel protected in this town of 500 people. We live in a township.
I'm not all sure what the protocol is for these court proceedings. But I'm going to give it 110% if not more!

If I were a rich woman, I would buy the house on the other side of your neighbor and build a coop as close to the property line as possible. Since I'm just a poor ol' crazy chicken lady, I'll just tell you to GIVE 'EM HECK!!!!!! What a bunch of loons. Does the city have an e-mail address? Maybe we could send them some polite messages in support of you.
