Officer (Leskin) Well I swear this is never ending post 306

I also agree. I think I would tell them to take a hike. Why should you jump through anymore hoops? The judge through it out of court, said there was no ordinance. You have offered to help with writing that ordinance, but they want you to still get rid of most of your flock and get a variance of what, they don't even know, besides paying some ridiculous fees! NOPE!! I don't think so! They are just trying to wear you down some more so you will drop the matter. Un-stinking-believable!

Geeze Holly, it's like you 're living in Mayberry and Andy left Opie in charge!!! How can these people be this dumb??? Worse yet, they don't seem to grasp that ignoring the judge's order won't make them look good when they go back - and you KNOW you'll go back - in front of him.

Talk about the blind leading the blind!

Hi Holly,

Sorry that this is still going on for you.

The rooster recording sounds like a real funny idea but I would probably go with dog barking. I can record my neighbor's beagles barking for you. They bark and howl all night long.

Man, if you want the most annoying sound in the world recorded for you to play on repeat, I bet my neighbours' kids would win the contest. It's like living next door to the monkey house at the zoo.

You only gotta ask!

Two comments.

One, invest in some lattice panels to disguise the compost bin. Maybe plant some vines. That ought to shut that neighbor up.

Two. Have your lawyer write the city officials a letter explaining Abuse of Process and Malicious Prosecution (and the liabilities of same) to them in language they can understand. I would seriously consider suing them for same in Small Claims Court and asking the maximum in punitive damages.
