I’m not really sure, I got it at Home Depot before it had flowers, here’s a full picture of it, maybe someone else knows what it is (not an entry)

You might want to look up Portulacaria afra “elephant bush”. It looks like it could be that.

You might want to look up the Echeveria genus. It could possibly be the Pollux species.
