wow i've never had chickens molt before (first year of owning chickens)

one hen has really bedraggled feathers

One of my hens, in 2015, had the most terrible molt ever, but I sadly don't have a pic Literally her WHOLE body was pinfeathers In the middle of winter too!! She looked mighty sorry for herself.
