My egg sandwich from Paradise,
On fresh baked bread with an onion slice....

I used a cookie cutter in the skillet and poured the egg into it. The egg came out so thick, I sliced it in half and it then fit the bread nicely.

It isn't pretty, but this is how I do duck eggs. Cooked slow over easy (or poached if I have more time) on buttered toast with parmesan and cheddar cheese (ham or salmon sometimes instead).

Yum most of ours are breakfast style but dog gone lunch is the second choice here .. We eat allot of eggs here I use just 13 for our breakfast dinner scrambled

Quail Bites

I do not recommend dry toast with over cooked eggs.

Quail eggs cooked in a dash of olive oil on plain toasted faker white bread.
