Those are beautiful!!!! Thanks for sharing!
Thank you! I retired from doing historical reenactments about 6 years ago but I still do a lot of their custom pieces. Especially for the hunters with their elk ivories which are pictured in the heart-shaped pendant and the earrings that he had me make to match a couple years later.

Wow…..I had forgotten how much space and equipment for casting
Oh Lord it's a whole room! You have to have your kiln you have to have your vacuum machine you have to have a place to mix your investment and a place 2 cast. You also have to have room to store your oxygen and your propane. I have a small room built 10 x 10. And it's really not enough room I wish it were bigger my shop sink doesn't fit in there.

#2 Hobby I'm an herbalist. My husband says I make the family eat dirt. Lol
I grow and dry herbs, make tinctures, syrups, poltices and gel cap supplements. I also make lotion, lip balm, shampoo, and teas, and (not herbal but important) colloidal silver.
I also make extracts pictured, tangerine, lemon, lime and vanilla. Here's a few things. Extras, oils, lip balm, mullen (which will be part of my teas) rosemary tincture and wild lettuce tincture.
This June I was invited to give a lecture on this subject and teach a class.

Picture#2 Woods walk
Two bronze, one silver, one gold medal.
You get real medals in the "Big Boys Shoot" lol Men and women compete together.

#4 American Sign Language I am not fluent but have a fairly strong vocab.
My aunt was deaf, she taught me her sign language. Which was back woods Kentucky sign. ( Her own made up version.)
She was born in the early 1900s living on a mountain in Southern Kentucky. The only child in the family that was deaf. I believe it was from scarlet fever. So she knew how to talk before she lost her hearing. She learned a few words and the alphabet, other than that she made it up. The family learned along with her.
But I acquired a sign language book when I was about 12 and just started to eat it up. I now teach my grandchildren sign language.
