Second hobby is animal training. I have a dog, he can sit and shake, but we don't make him anymore as he has a really bad back and hip arthritis due to being 17. Here he is.

I am in the middle of teaching the guinea pigs to come when I call them, put their front paws on my hand, and to trust me completely [working progress]. The chooks come when I call, 5 and occasionally 6 sit on command, the other 2 sit when I am about to catch them after about 10 minutes chasing them around the yard. I was teaching one of them to ride a skateboard, but that is on hold until may/june, as it is far to hot and won't cool down til about then.

This will probably be a long post - I tend to get wordy and post lots of photos! Hobby number one is quilting. I love it.

You are amazing! Those are beautiful! My grandma taught me basic quilting when I was a kid, but we lived in different states, so I only got to spend time with her a few times a year. I have two quilts that I made with her. She passed away about four years ago, and left me a box with quilt tops. One she made, and two were made by my great grandma. I don't feel qualified to finish them, so I have been trying to find someone around my location who can do it.

Third hobby is cooking. It is so fun! I like pies, fudge, cake decorating and ice cream the best! I have been doing this since I could read a recipe and it is so much fun!
As you can see, I like doing cakes. Yellow thing is supposed to be a lion, but forgot to take a pic with his mane and then we ate him.
First gingerbread men.
