All this talk about quiche. And crust or no crust...

Try a Fritata. its an Itallian version of of an omelette. Cooked in the oven in a skillet then pan over pan flipped when the bottom is set. Or just finished off under a broiler...

I suspect they would freeze well cut into serving sizes.

This video is actually pretty short just slide past the advertisements he does.

That's what I'm looking for! So an Ace should have it? The big chains only have it available online or in limited quantities and not available

Can't get enough of my Deviled Eggs!

My hubby loves deviled eggs, though I can only eat so many of them before it becomes too much. But yeah it's great way to go through a ton of eggs.

Should try Wickles Relish

Thanks I'll look into it!

I also make homemade dog treats with the extra eggs, the Omega in them is great for dogs coats!

That's a great idea, I'll look into that!

try egg salad made with the same ingredients that you make deviled eggs... :drool

Hmm, that's an idea. Though I'm used to egg salad tasting a little sweet, due to the relish, and deviled eggs are tart, with vinegar and more mustard.

I do make frittatas though I usually call them baked omelets since I slide them into the oven to finish.
