OMG that goat is the cutest thing I will see in my entire life.I've had them off & on since I was a kid, just during the last year have been able to get them again. I love, love, LOVE my chickens! And have guinea, ducks, turkey, Bobwhite, Coturnix, goats & dogs too.

9 years this time...had chickens for 10 years when i had small children...and ducks too! still loving it! 25 right now...some fancy some just regular chickens...some bantams...all lovely and adored!I've had chickens now for almost 2 years. Started with silkies, buff brahmas and Novogens. Now I have 1 buff brahma, 2 Novogens, 3 silver laced Wyandotte's, and 2 Welsummers.
I grew up with chickens, ducks, turkeys and geese on a small family farm and I really missed having chickens.
4 years old doesn't mean you must replace them.I have always wanted chickens but my parents never let me until I was 14 and let me order 17 baby chicks from My Pet Chicken. 1 didn't hatch, a couple died as chicks, and 1 died as an adult. Needless to say, I still have the flock of 12 and they are doing beautifully! Next year they will need to be replaced since they will be 4 years of age but I will still keep them and spoil them all the time! View attachment 2570063View attachment 2570064View attachment 2570066
