Ohhhhhh the last one! My dream coop is a shed to coop conversion that is that big!!
Teehee! I just finished automating it. Automatic door, Two 5 gallon nipple waterers lasts a week plus(with thermostatically operated heater). Two 35lb feeders that last a week plus when full. And a nice rollaway egg box to keep eggs safe. Now I can go away for a couple days and they are all good!

Coop was built inside part of an existing shed using mostly new materials.
Run was built from scratch using mostly new materials.

The coop structure was left behind from previous homeowner. We built a run from new materials and fencing. We have LOTS of aerial predation, so we used PVC pipes & connectors to make a peaked roof. Then we enclosed the run 100% with steel fencing, chicken wire and some hardware mesh cloth, from underground skirting to the peak of the structure. I have the same wire but I also have chicken wire up.

Contractor for me - shed company for the coop, fencing company for the run. So not really a shed conversion since it was a shed built to become a coop, and a "dog kennel" built to become a run. Everything past the basic shed and fencing structure (i.e. nests, roost, netting extension, apron) I did myself though.

I'm not ashamed that I'm not a handy person - I know my limits. I'm a measure once, cut 500x type of person, so bad idea letting me build anything bigger than a nest box (yes I built mine, and yes I measured wrong so had to hack 1/2" off one side at the last minute 😅)

It's a mix of new and salvage. We sectioned off part of a horse stall that was built into the end of the garage on the property we bought for the coop. Used the existing fence posts, some 2x4's, and chicken wire to make the run. Used premier one fencing for extra run area and just started free ranging them this week. And using plastic totes as nest boxes, best decision ever!

My favorite coop. The bottom pictures were shortly after the coop was built. The top picture is a more recent picture. The coop to the left of it is a coop someone gave me. They gave me two coops but one wasn't finished so we dismantled it and use the lumber to make the rain/shade tables for the pens. When you have a lot of chickens you get a lot of poop.

The rain/shade tables.

Originally the waterers were inside the coops until one malfunctioned and the coop got flooded, so we moved the waterers outside but left the pipes inside.

Assembled an integrated coop/run that was purchased from Carolina Coops. Had to make a lot of minor modifications to it, both from a personal preference perspective, as well as many small mistakes in the materials they sent.

I really wanted to build myself but didn't have the skills to go from scratch, hence the purchase of the kit. It was a hell of a lot of work, still! I definitely scratched the itch I had to build, and the resulting pride that comes with that.

In the end it looks good and is solidly built, but not sure it was worth the $$, especially with the shipping costs factored in.

For the extended run, we'll be building from scratch but haven't designed it yet!
