Can I draw stuff as a background behind her? And maybe draw some animals by her? Also I have a windows 7 laptop how can I color the picture with graphics on my computer? Can I find a program on my computer or a website?

I can't say for sure but I see nothing in the rules against backgrounds and such.. And I don't know anything about W7, but if it doesn't have some sort of Paint program, I believe GIMP (gimp.org) is free to download..
