Most defintly .. It gave me time to reflect of the day before and make a consciuos effort to not do/allow those things today.. It was about starting fresh every day.. Also somethhinf most folks think about meditation is you have be comlpletly still and cant think of anything else.. I say bull hockey to that.... Meditation is about raising your energy and focusing it on the things in your life you need to improve.. I twitch all the time and would be thinking about other things as I meditated.. I found its more of just getting your rythm in sync for the day..

Well, I have a few.... tarot, numerology, astrology, herb, gypsy magic (have to find), and I am sure I can scrounge up others. I am always picking up books at the thrift shops and library sales.
