10 week old showgirl/ frizzle .... Initially thought it was possibly a hen but now not sure. When the young rooster crows we have heard another in the pen croaking like they are starting to crow, and when he's going off, she/he straightens out and stands tall? Any ideas what I've got here?? Was really hoping hen

It looks like a berserk quail, lol, maybe bring it in separate so you can decide if it's truly that one.

OH my lord that is perfect they're all in my basement at the moment so I try to when they crow run to see who it is. . But this one seems shy to an audience

What a gorgeous bird! I'm not sure on the gender, but if I were to guess I'd say a pullet (for now). I don't see much of a comb formation.

I thought so too lol definitely my favorite we've hatched thus far! I haven't seen anything yet looks mostly flat but then I'm still learning what to look for.. I guess fingers crossed
