Maybe you could hold off for now and then do it when you feel more ready ?? Or take just a few classes at a time? No shame in that! I dropped out of my first school Definitely don’t want to suffer for school or anything but at the same time, you don’t want to regret not following your dreams later on!! Sorry if this is too personal but are you seeing a therapist? If not, that may be helpful! ❤ Idk if you would have time during school but it might help you get through it even just an online one! That way you can go to vet school and not sacrifice your mental health! Do you know what you would do if you didn’t go to vet school? You are very smart and I am sure will get in!!! ❤❤❤❤

Haha yes I am seeing a therapist--she just about killed me when I told her that I'd be taking a minimester (and also summer classes).
I haven't told her about also working next semester because I know she'll be against it.

i’m not sure of all the “rules” of application and even with my field, heck it’s been over 15 years since my initial application....stuff changes year to year!!!

Amongst other things, I need 100 hours of work under veterinary supervision in order to apply, and I am just shy of that (I would've already met it except a lot of my shadowing experience went undocumented and is worthless now).
I have all the coursework done and my GPA is a 3.9. I just need work experience now.

I count 7 birds, I thought the song was 4 calling birds, 3 french hens, 2 turtle doves and a poor "tridge" in a pear tree.
I guess he couldn't afford a real Christmas tree this year.

We will put out the Baby Jesus in his straw crib and maybe a small Rosemary "tree", haven't done it yet. LOL

no idea how much work experience i have and whether or not they would even count it now.....i worked for 2 different veterinary clinics from 1996-1999 FT (and have the scars to prove it) i just remember shaq’s neapolitan mastiffs, the vet’s rotties that i gave baths to pregnant because she couldn’t because she was pregnant and a chow that had to be hog-tied and sedated for a bath, the cat that clawed me and almost went feral in the clinic, and the sharpei that ripped my pocket when climbing me think i have 3.8 for my bachelor and 3.1 for my dmd ???
