I'm just lucky I'm not wealthy.  I'd have carriages and teams of horses and all sorts.  It's lucky I'm a pauper.  I want Black Beauty.  :(



Ha-ha me too ;) ... It's fun to imagine it but I'd probably lose all the awe of it if it were right there in front of me.

Me too! Someday I'll have horses again. My family had them when I was growing up. And we actually had a Morgan but she was a naughty thing.
The horse that played him in the most recent movie of that name was a Quarter Horse. Some people think the horse in the book was a Thoroughbred, but the author never said what breed he was. Considering that he was used primarily to pull carriages and carts of various weights, a Welsh Cob seems more likely.
I thought the last horse that played Black Beauty was a quarter horse. Love that movie although it is also quite sad. Friesians are stunning horses! Andalusians are also awe inspiring... Let's face it most horses are awe inspiring lol.
