That's a standard for craigslist ads. When you're making a post, if you don't select the little button that says that, people can contact you for solicitation purposes.

That's standard for Craigslist, it's a setting, most posts say that.
I wonder if that also includes me asking where they think they can charge tax. Or if they have any real RIR
