That is a confusing one….
He’s right it’s a chicken - but doesn’t look like a brown leghorn.
Does he care about the gender of the chickens?
And
If you read it again, he’s not even talking about poultry. He’s searching for brown leg horns. Maybe the horns in his leg are splinters and he’s still searching to remove them.

I’d say most likely he doesn’t know what ISO means. I considered ISA brown/leghorn mix, but the pic is not that either.

We see so many new folks come here who were fooled into believing they are getting something they aren’t (Americanas? Lol), or they just believe what they are told without researching before buying. It’s hard to guess.
