Got "frank" from my cousin.. Dude eats fruits, captain crunch, purple kool aid, and peanut butter. Hes great with dogs not so much with cats. Im not expert but I think he tries to mate with them. We walk sometimes with a leash, but really he just climbs on me and I walk. Gets loads of attention. Needs a good... call or text anytime if you would like to meet him...

That might work in New York, but moving those chairs is a very easy to get shot in Chicago.

This is in plain old York City, PA ~ a small city of about 50,000 people where you still could get shot for moving chairs. When I was a LEO there, we would get a lot of disturbance calls over parking spaces.

Up here in cities in the north when it snows, the plows push the snow into the parking lanes, often covering cars. People have to spend hours digging out their cars and parking spaces. Once they dig them out they put chairs or any kind of objects in the cleared spaces to reserve it for when they return even though it is a public space. It can get really nasty if someone moves a chair and parks in the space someone else shoveled out. We call it "Chair Wars"!

People down here would be lost an just move the chair.

I have used chairs to save spaces at public events before but mine were red an said Fire Department. Normal chairs would just be moved...
