I'm not going to post up any specific ads, but I regularly see Cornish Cross meaties being sold on my local Craigslist well (actually far) under weight for their age, with the seller(s) bragging about their hormone and antibiotics free superior pure whole corn only or scratch only diets...

There is one up there right now, seller says they are about 20 weeks old and he didn't have time to butcher last month, says they average 3-4 lbs and want's to get rid of them "before they really start growing"

Right now someone is selling "Produccion" Laying Hens in my area.

I guess if they can't spell or it's something new I never heard of.

I recently read an ad in which people were selling their 8mo old pullets & "chicken cook." Were they talking about extra roos now ready for processing? Did they want to sell their BBQ grill or something? It was late, I was tired, so it took me a while to realize they probably meant to type chicken coop. I had a better laugh at myself for coming up with those silly ideas.
