I'm guess it's a mix. Looks like Sebright (has lacing & rose comb) & Silkie if that's an extra toe I see. Perhaps some Serama too - since they're always pictured standing next to pop cans. LOL
 
I'm thinking a mix, too, though if there's any Silkie in it at all, there's a whole lot more of something else. I'm not seeing any signs of silkie characteristics like a crest, or dark skin, or leg feathering - and IME, it takes more than one generation to get rid of that stuff.

They look a lot like my CLB/EE cross. Other than the comb is wrong. There is definitely some barring in it.

Definite intermixing of Silver and Golden Sebright... bet they got a group of mixed bantams from TSC and these are the results... after a generation or 2... :gig
