I just got Direct TV at my house and they sent me a voucher saying that if someone signs up for Direct TV using me as a reference, we will both get a $100 credit on our accounts. That's awesome, it's free money. If you are going to sign up might as well get free credit with it.

email me back with "I need your DTV account number" in the reference line so I know it's not junk mail. After I get your email I'll send you my account number.
