Your mother needs to get a grip on him. If he is abusing the animals now when he is older he will start abusing all of you. He needs to be taught now that he can not be mean to the animals. My children would be in serious trouble if they mistreated an animal at any age. He understands alot more then your mother is thinking he does. I am so sorry you are going through this. I wish I had an answer for something you could do, but I am afraid anything I would say would get you in trouble.

OMG!!!!!!!!! I totally understand your situation... well Im not in that situation but I have a cousin who is 5 (a boy) and he knows he won't get in trouble for doing anything (unless it was to his mom) so what I would do is when he is doing things like throwing rocks at the ducks or spraying them go over to him and take the hose away or the rocks out of his hands and if that doesn't work... keep takin them away! and when THAT doesn't work step infront of the ducks and when he hits you with one of the rocks or sprays you you can tell your mom what he did! then he will SURELY get in trouble! (and you wont be telling a lie

)
