Hey, Leslie. If you head down 61 toward Sunbury, there's a house on the right, just south of Fargo, that has a falling down dog kennel in the back that they'd probably want to sell. Think it might even have one of those dog igloos with it. It's like the second or third house on the west side of 61 once you pass CR 15. Haven't been down there recently to be sure, but you might check it out.

Does anyone on the east side of the state happen to have a extra cream legbar rooster? Mine died and the next day my pullets started laying. Great timing lol.

Hatch out what they lay. Chickens can stay fertile for up to a month since they store semen. It's worth a try.

FYI, Rural King has started their chic days. The one in Tiffin has RIR and Cal Grey Leghorn Pullets ($1.99) and Barred Rock and Buff Orpingtons Straight Runs ($1.39). They also have Pekin and Khaki Ducks for $4.99.

Had to restrain myself.

I was in TSC last Friday and they said their chick days start this week. May not go back to TSC for a couple weeks just to be safe.

I think it's just perfect for 8 Hamburgs. They are currently roosting/laying in a coop made of a single pallet. And they have a couple Buckeyes and a Barred rock cockerel joining them. Sounds crowded, but they all keep each other toasty warm.

Ya I don't really know how many will fit in there. Don't really have a plan for it either. We are just coming up with ideas as we go, so we shall see what the end project looks like. Hoping it will be done this week sometime. Can't wait to fill it up though!
