There you are. Strange not seeing you around for a few days lol, unless I just skipped a post. Hope the move is going well. Haven't heard from them..or happychicks, mlaff, probably some others I'm forgetting momentarily..in awhile either. Hoping all went well for Mandy getting the SO home, and everyone else is doing great.

Hi. I'm Lisa and I'm a chicken addict.

Had it under control after downsizing my flock to 12 layers and a roo.

Currently falling off the wagon and picking 5 pullets up in a little while. Probably Australorps but who knows once I get there. Taking only enough money to cover the 5.

That means I'm in control of my addiction. Right?

We are. I have a small flock of Blrw along with some Welsummers. I'm actively trying to find Cream Legbars, and chocolate wyandottes. I'm new to chickens so not sure if this is true, but I think ibeen blessed with one rooster that doesn't crow. Hoping that's the case because we aren't allowed roosters. He really adds an interesting dynamic to our flock.

I don't blame you for not wanting to comr to the city. I'm slowly transitioning our urban lot into an urban farm. Best we can with what we have. Thanks for the welcome

Brian
