OHio ~ Come on Buckeyes, let me know your out there!

I'm slowly phasing out my Meyer birds because I've got waaaay too many breeds and I'm focusing on ones that Meyer doesn't carry, but for what it's worth every chick I've gotten from there has been sturdy, healthy, and most of them very friendly :) (of course, that might be because I couldn't stop playing with them, lol!) They do a good job and are very reasonably priced.

ok im guilty too LOL, started a barn late last summer. its still not done, now that its summer again, im looking at moving them out so they can get some grass. its a never ending cycle. it does get bad when you build 5 cages and buy 7 trio's. I have several temp pens, but most of them are full. got some help coming this weekend though.

I'd love to come up and see your spread sometime! I need more chicken tractors in a big way...

Happy Mother's Day, everyone!

Very cool! I'm in Grand Rapids right by the Maumee :)

As far as granaries go I get all of my feed from Hertzfeld in Waterville .. They are a few dollars cheaper than getting food at a feed store like TSC and they load it right up in your trunk for you. It's a family business and they are very friendly and knowledgeable.

I'm glad to meet so many NW Ohio members!

Happy Mother's Day!

Anyone moderately local to Shelby County have any (or contacts for) guineas for sale? Looking for tick control so don't need anything exotic. Thanks!
