I love hatch days. My next one's not till the 25th (my son's birthday).

Hi everybody! I know, I haven't been on in forever -- gotta go catch up some on the past few days, see what everybody's been up to!

Oh man, I can't even begin to catch up! Stevens21, I'm sorry to hear about your losses -- and mlaff, that's miserable :-( Why do things like that always wait till you're exhausted to happen? Just doesn't seem fair...

with a proper heat lamp and some plastic you can hatch all winter long in the barn. as long as i can keep them going im planning on hatching all winter.

Yeah, I am definitely not having them in the kitchen again this winter, lol! 50+ birds in my kitchen last winter, and it took me three days to clean out all the dust

my last box of hatching eggs for this year arrived this morning, makes me kinda sad.

I know... I keep telling myself I have to stop hatching... But you have minis to play with! So that's a good thing Very pretty minis, too!

Is the Delaware swap still happening? I keep sticking eggs in the incubator, so I definitely have to get to one of them, at least

You must come to the brown county fair. It is awesome. Maybe I just love all the horses so much that are there. I think it's the best Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. If you can imagine it they do it. Plus the truck and tractor pulls are great too!

I always hear how good it is. It looks like we will not be going to MB, so we may be coming to the fair. Lots of our friends go.
