I just sent you another of the ccl pair at 5 weeks.

this is just to weird to not share. These two are black split to chocolate bantam orp boys. Look at the size difference and they hatched together! I've got 4 of these and two are huge and two are small.

are they from 2 different sources? it does look like the small ones are bantams.

No that's the part that blows my mind! They came from the same breeder and the same pen.

And were roughly the sane size at hatch and all the eggs were the same size. No tiny pullet eggs or anything.

Tomorrow will be a busy day. I'm hopefully getting rid of my aggressive Roos and putting the polish in the big coop. There will only be 2 in there (the polish and my lavender showgirl). Maybe putting the brooders into the coop so hubby is happy. He found out the incy is full :/ lol.

Doing it when I get up today. Put tomorrow but my days are all mixed up.lol ill have to see if the ccl I have left play nice. Typically I just open the brooders and let them run. Lol wears my kids out trying to catch all of them. I've been trying to play catch up from my crazy life so I'm so far behind in everything. But slowly everything is calming down. Tomorrow will be the first day I can really do anything with the chickens. My kids have been great at taking care of them. I give them props.
