Excellent! Noisy! lol. I'm keeping them separated from the bigger ducks for their safety, but the little drake is determined to hang with the big kids. He's gotten into their side, followed them around like he's one of them, and made himself at home in their pool a few times already.

Lol, I do have a Ancona from this year in with the calls. He's getting ready to move out though. I left him in there cause he was so little compared to the others but now he towers over the calls. Probably why he wants to hang with the bigger ducks!

Aww, i vaccinated all the dogs tonight so they are not happy. The poor chihuahua always is miserable after we do vaccinations. She gets sore all over afterwards. That's the only reason I'm up it's to make sure they are all ok.

if i had one you'd be welcome but alas my oldest group of BBS ameraucanas turned out 6 pullets. I've got a pure black and pure blue growing plus a bunch of chocolate ameraucanas but they are to young to sex.

I would just love a blue rooster! Every single pullet i have is black. I have 2 roosters but they're related & their color isn't that great. I could get one from the hatchery but I don't want a day old chick as mine are 7 & 10 weeks. I was hoping to find a roo so I can have some baby chicks in the spring.
