OHio ~ Come on Buckeyes, let me know your out there!

If anyone is interested, I found some mandarin duck pairs for sale at a decent price. Seller has 3 pairs and 1 extra drake left. I was thinking of buying 2 pairs but if someone wants the third I could help transport them back this way or towards Columbus/delaware area in the next couple weeks.

Hi All! I am in the Marysville area, soon to be a chicken owner.  Very excited!
Welcome!

Sadly, its time to sell our pair of red golden pheasants.
400

the male was born on June 20th, 2013, and was handraised. He was raised with an old english pullet and two silkie mix cockerels. He hasnt been with chickens for about a year. The female is not realted and olf enough to lay eggs. All eggs have been fertile. Laying season is ovrr for the year.
the male is almost in full color and will be by his second birthday.
they live in a small pen and we got eggs from a friend so we didnt know how much room they needed. We feel that they need a better place to live. They like game crumbles the best and watermelon as a treat. The male is holdable, but dont trust him.
Our pheasant pen is acessed inside of our chicken run to prevent their escape. The last hen we had escaped and was unable to be retrieved. We are looking for a decent price because they are a breeding pair and the male is friendly. Yet, the price is TBD

we want them to go to good forever home that can offer them better living. Please note that they need at least a ten by ten RUN. This is to prevent their beautiful feathers from breaking. We were unable to offer this. Please note they are very hardy and very easily survive the winter. Though, precautions should be taken in extreme or moderate weather. Though, like all birds, should be shielded from the wind by walls or solid windows. . They only eat about a cup of food a day for both.

If you are interested, I will keep you in mind. They must be sold together.

Beautiful ducks! Alright, I'm reaching out to yall for non- poultry related info. We have been discussing relocating and which states/areas to look into. Dh threw in Ohio, I said southeast portion. We're looking for rural area (of course!) but near enough to heavy equipment operator jobs. Any suggestions as far as a specific area or company to look at? Of course since we currently live in the Appalachian Mountains there is experience on coal/gas well properties etc. We're country folks that don't really do well in big cities like Columbus:)
