Don't say that!We plant on Memorial Day, and even at that we sometimes had to cover the tomatoes. June frost is around the corner this year, I can feel it coming!
You too Mark. I too have been busy. One more week of school after this week and the kids are wild about summer and it surely shows. I feel like I am driving Jack Hannah's Wild Kingdom Bus right now. LOL My 4 babies that Momma Mallard hatched out are all doing great. She had them outside in a water puddle when it was in the low 50's and this morning it got down to 39 here but they are all fine and she knows what she is doing. They are not even a week old yet but running around like crazy and loving life. I hope that yours are all fine. Mine have had no heat source but her and she is doing a good job with them.Good morning folks! been busy lately. Hope y'all have a wonderful day!![]()
My Husband started his garden in the basement with grow lights in January!!!! He put it outside the night before last and covered it so if we had frost it would do good. Now it will be warmer at night so hopefully his tomato plants will all do good. Some got to be almost 3' tall!!! He started a little early and got carried away with missing a garden I think. lolWe plant on Memorial Day, and even at that we sometimes had to cover the tomatoes.
