Lol my step mom just tested positive yesterday which isn't good cause my dad just had heart surgery on Fri while I think it's a bunch of hooey it's just germs he doesn't need

Yeah, I've been in quarantine since the beginning of December. I know I'm not suppose to be contagious after the 10th day, but I don't want to be blamed for any outbreaks caused at work...or so that's the story I tell my boss...hehe

They let us come back after 5 days but we only had two days left before Christmas Break so I didn't have to worry about how many days I would be off as it was a pretty long break. This was the second time I had it and this time wasn't as bad as the first time when it first started.

She's back again today! I'll keep feeding here she's more then welcome to stick around the chickens don't seem to mind her and she almost seems to want to be around them. However I have no idea what to feed a duck

She can eat the laying pellets or crumbles you feed your Chickens or scratch grains and veggies. Bread is not good for them however and they should have water to dunk their heads in to clean their nares. I hope she decides to stay with you, she sure is pretty.

She keeps venturing closer to the coop each day I chant from my kitchen window at her to head in and get warm lol I put a pail of water out each morning for her to drink from idk if she uses it or not I see her at the pond the rain has formed in our yard tho lol

Finally a reminder that it is January here in NE Ohio...about 6" with it still coming down. Hope everyone is safe and warm, and if you need to be out and about, drive carefully!

We have about 2-3 and counting and the freeloading wiggle butt has made herself comfy inside the chicken run

Just finished plowing our driveway...reminds me how having a really long driveway sucks during certain times of the year. Now to knock down the snow that's accumulated on top of the tarp that's covering my run before it collapses from the weight.

Just finished plowing our driveway...reminds me how having a really long driveway sucks during certain times of the year. Now to knock down the snow that's accumulated on top of the tarp that's covering my run before it collapses from the weight.

I am lucky that I have a shorter driveway and with this stuff we got being light I used the leaf blower on it and also on my netting on top of my duck pen. It worked well, I just made paths so the vehicles can get out really well so I was happy with it. It is battery operated and I ran out of juice twice with the two batteries I have but for now it is good. I have it on charge because it is still coming down here.

Our driveway is over 700 feet long...and it looks as if I need to plow again. Will wait until it gets alittle higher though since diesel is still expensive.
