They look like pullets so far to me, just keep watching them. If the comb starts getting bigger and redder then I would start thinking cockerel. But so far it looks like you are safe.
Look like hens to me. But I am new at this. We were able to tell the RIR and Barred Rock Roosters at about 5 weeks. The RIR we suspected because he would attack us when we tried to clean up or move anything around the brooder.
I'm no expert either, but they look like all girls to me too. I have re-homed 4 EE's that I'm pretty sure were all roos (one had even crowed)...they all had much wider, redder combs and thicker legs than yours.
I vote girls - as they look much like my EE and she is 10 weeks old - her comb has been reddish for awhile now, but has not gotten big - just flat and pink/red.
