I cannot do that! I don't ever want to rub it in....I will have to tell the friends that were there while he "Cocked Off" that we both agreed there are many aspects to genetics, and I am a business major and he is the expert on animal genetics.
I of course will ALSO be enjoying my new cages as I minimize his degragation.

Even if he has a degree in genetics, even an advanced degree that doesn't confer upon you all aspects of biological knowledge. More importantly, it doesn't confer what amounts to animal husbandry knowledge. Animal husbandry, agricultural sciences, biology and genetics are completely different subjects. An informed amatuer will have more education in chickens, and chicken husbandry than a "bio major". So...in this case you are the expert and he should pay up.

Just for kicks, go to the breeding site, and have him figure out color genetics and find out that the amatuers know more than he does.

Make him pay.....

I have degree in biology, and I learned all about chickens here. I think in 4 years of college chickens were only mentioned in comparative anatomy.

I liked the thought of putting him against some plain ol' dumb folks when it comes to colors! That would put him in his place and I have all sorts of degrees and know better than to mess in those pools! Trying to learn but there are so many possibilities and combinations and
