ok...so am I the only one that gets a box of chicks...

I finally got my order of chicks from Mcmurray hatchery and all arrived safe and happy but I can't figure out which breeds are which!! I ordered 26 chicks in about 10 different breeds and I can't figure out 1/2 of them because they look alike.

So lame!! So anybody else run into this problem or am I really inept?

lol, at least you know what breeds are supposed to be in there. I did a surprise special and it took 6 mo to identify all the breeds

I happened upon McMurray's youtube channel and it saved me. It has video of their different breeds and list the things to look for in each one. It's awesome.

I am really suprised that they did not pot labels on each section of the box saying what breed was in each "cubical". They usually do that when you order multiple breeds... unless it is a jumbled suprise like the Ornamental Layer bargain or Top Hat special...

That would so happen to me

It's like unmarked roses when they come

I ordered alot last year

And specific places I wanted to put climbers..etc

In our day and age....everything in multis should be marked..lol

At least you will know soon

You also get a chance to really test breed personality theory..since you won't know what chicken is what..lol

So those that are suppose to be the friendliest..you could end up doing the blind study..for all us..lol
