Ok to feed raw hamburger meat?

Your vet should have a powder for that , it’s used for all livestock , powder her butt abs under her wings, put some under her .... I forget the name it starts with a p______

Never feed anyone raw meat !! Are you kidding , not allowed on my property. Vets told me dogs eating raw can poop out all kinds of bad things ..

I don't feed raw meat of any kind, even though it's OK, to my chickens. I don't want them to get used to the taste of blood. I've read that even feeding cooked meat protein too often can make them have aggressive behavior.

However, meat protein is my go to remedy for physical weakness, and during molting too. Just have to feed small amounts with other things, like cooked grains, vegies and fruit.
Dont forget, chickens eat bugs, worms and everything else that runs, flies, or digs. Chickens will even chase and eat mice. To say anything about "the taste of blood" is a bit childish. They are not going to attack and kill a cow or a moose! You are not giving them dripping blood from a freshly killed animal. Maybe some people have yet to realize that the color or juices in the meats/hamburgers we get in stores are not real. It's coloring to make it more appealing to the consumer. A cadaver is not red; it's grey.

Chickens will fight as to who is going to swallow-up that fat, juicy worm? Should we cover all dirt with concrete so they dont fight? Come on! Let's use our logic a little bit! Chickens are mini-dinosaurs. They are predators by nature. They WILL chase, their snack and will fight to make sure no one else steals it from them.

Ground beef from groceries can be contaminated with salmonella, for example, and your birds and their eggs don't need that! Also ground beef is often/ usually high in fat, not great either.
At least cook it and drain off the extra fat!
