***OKIES in the BYC III ***

We're baaaack!
Got the lab work done faster than we thought it would happen. Home in time to watch NCIS on tv with sandwiches for dinner.

Niece called and the back specialist visited MIL and told her he wants to try a topical treatment with an agent to force it in...wonder if that is DMSO? MIL was so thankful for the prayers...she said she "could just feel their power".

JarvisOO...got two eggs from the Wyandottes this evening. The splash laid hers yesterday so that means the two red girls are laying on the same day. I marked splash on the egg from yesterday since it went with you today. I'm going to put an R on these and will try to help keep track...more for the curiosity/science of it than necessity. Forgot to get you a jar of saurkraut...next time.

How old will the LF Cochins be when they start laying? I'm guessing 6 months...

Gonna sit down for a while and watch our favorite shows and will be back later.....

Evening folks! I am tired,I worked on tearing down my old loft today. Am trying to salvage the material so am pulling nails and screws as I go.
My new phoniex bantams are laying, well one is,the other two hens are still moulting. Even the hens have a much longer tail than a normal chicken. Got to get some cages made so I can take some parakeets to the sale sat. Sold 5 last sat. Still have about ten or twelve to go. Its fun haveing a bunch of them again. Don't know why I like the noisey things but I do.
My icelandic roo is really going to be nice size. I am a bit surprised at how big he is. I was expecting them to be on the small size. Looks like he will be almost as big as rock. He has already pasted leghorn size.

Sooner hope you get to feeling better. Wife came home early today with snius stuff. Hate to see that crap start going around!

Everyone, thanks for the nice comments. I only wish the rest of the place looked good! This winter I can take my laptop into the chicken building and turn the heater on, settle in a chair with hot chocolate and get to be with my chickens! I just adore the little darlings.
Edit: NanaKat, meant to tell you great news about your MIL. I've been on Crestor for over 2 yrs so I know what your husband is dealing with. My numbers are off the charts without it but it does come with risks.
