Hello everyone,
I just got back from the council meeting and everything went smoothly.
The board approved the request so now we have an "OFFICIAL" date for POOPS.
It will be Saturday, May 5 at the Choctaw Creek Park Pavilion in Choctaw.
We will be forthcoming with more details as we get things set up.
Be thinking of things that you can donate that can be used for the annual raffle.
I appreciate everyone who has offered to help and I am sure we will be able to find a place for you.
Sooner is once again heading up the Tee shirt promotion and will be helping with the food planning as well.
I will let everyone know the plans as they come together.
So chat it up on the thread about POOPS and make your plans to be there.
If you have any questions, let me know.
Thanks again,
Monty

If you are looking more more of the Cochin body you will want to use the Cochin female, either way you will get feathered legs but will be sparse feathering on shanks and little to no feathering on second toe in the first generation. When you breed the split offspring back to each other just select the Cochin bodied feather legged with second toe covered in feather and NN traits. You will get some with and without leg feathers in teh second generation.
Feathered leg gene is dominant and so long as it is present in at least 1 copy it will produce feathering, however in a single copy teh second toe is seldom feathered.
