I do need some advice though she has had just the one so far and looks to me like she could have another or more??
Maybe someone has a suggestion on what if anything I can do to help her or is it normal for twins not to follow each outer
out in less time it's been a while, I tried to feel her tummy for movement and just can't tell As you might surmise I don't have much
experience at this...

Well not much new going on in the chicken side here today so I'll post some pics of the new pigeons!

Those are some pretty birds. I don't know much about pigeons, are those the homing kind?

Looking good Wayne. If you decide to part with some, I need a kite colored hen to go with my Almond cock, and would take another pair or two almond/kite pairs. Did the gentleman that had to get rid of them, fly them.

It's another windy day in the neighborhood. I hope this wind isn't bringing us a humongous storm. I had a major egg accident yesterday. I was carrying a little over two dozen in my egg basket, so it was almost full. We've got a section of privacy fence that needs mending, and the wind hit a few boards just right, and they popped off, hitting me square in the egg basket. I've used screws (not nails!!!!) to reattach the boards. The rest will be secured with screws this week. Some still look secure, but I'm not trusting that fence again until I've tightened up every single board.

I'm picking up some bee-friendly trees today: tulip trees, black gum trees, and Cleveland select pear. The Up With Trees folks in Tulsa, along with the Apache Foundation, have trees available for a modest donation. I hope I can get just the varieties I know my bees will enjoy (and get good nectar from). If you google Up With Trees you'll find their website. There is a calendar link that shows all the days you can pick up trees. They have fruit trees, too, but that's late in the month. I really want to get all my trees in the ground before the end of March.

morning guys! looked in on my sick BO, despite all the tlc, she just is fading away the same way muffy did- won't open her eyes, drink, or stand- sigh.... wish i knew what they got into! feel sorry for the rest the flock, they stan d at the gate waiting for their time out and i just can't risk it until all the suspicious wet areas clear up... a bit of a rant- can't clear the junk piles, they are FIL 'treasures' at 85 he won't let us clear it up.... and the neighbors run off makes me think there must be something toxic, oh and the oaks- pretty as they are- leaves adding toxics to standing water... ok rant done.. wherre is the coffee!


oh- and on the lighter side- Joe, your packaging is to be noted!! When i start selling eggs i will pack that way, i even took pics of how you pack!
