Does anybody else eat purslane? I love the stuff. I'm so happy it's purslane season right now! I've been putting it in salads, omelettes, on top of beans and rice, even just grabbing a handful and eating it plain.

FUNNY I HAD THE PEAFOWL IN WITH MY CHICKENS FOR ONE NIGHT THE CHICKENS WERENT VERY NICE TO THEM NOW THAT THEY HAVE THIER OWN LITTLE HOME THEY ACT LIKE THEY WANT BACK IN WITH THE CHICKENS GO FIGURE

I'm pretty sure this is real purslane. A friend of mine who does wilderness survival training ID'd it for me, plus I've been eating it for two years. Not dead yet!
