***OKIES in the BYC III ***

I'm pretty sure this is real purslane. A friend of mine who does wilderness survival training ID'd it for me, plus I've been eating it for two years. Not dead yet!
Looks like the real deal to me, mine is milk weed that looks like it only not as thick leaved and darker green.

Is anybody from the Atoka-Bryan County area that would have some eggs for an incubator? Also has anybody ever ordered from Ideal Poultry what is everyones opinion on them.

Thanks

I recommend Ideal. Their prices are excellent, you can get pullets only and they have a huge selection. I've ordered from them a couple times and never had any problems with them or their chicks.

luvinchiks74436, I love all the pictures!!!! Your son is adorable and has great taste in chickens. I have a little roo that looks just like his that we all really like a lot.

I thought the rule for goat fencing was to lay the fence on the ground, pour a bucket of water on it, and anywhere water can get through, a goat can also get through, so patch accordingly.

but ohhhhh so true.

The difference in goats is when Bambi gets out of the fence she comes to the front door & screams for us to come out & talk to her. She still has a weather in the pen with her, but he isn't very enertaining I guess. Came home today & had goat droppings on the front steps. Imagine she was in great distress when she realized we were not going to answer the door.

Will she have any Buffs? We lost her mother a few weeks ago

so we are looking for another Bantam Buff Cochin pullet.
Joe, DH, is so happy that his bird's babies have such a good home.

I moved my LF Buff Cochin pair to the pen next to Joe's Bantam Buffs. You should have seen the two roosters meet for the first time! Joe's little roo, Moonpie - the father of your Buffs, is our smallest rooster but he also is the one that crows first and the most. My LF roo doesn't crow very often but crows the longest.
