Does anyone know what hatchery Atwoods gets its chicks from each spring. Just curious.

Shelbydog - Your duck hen is not happy with me.  I took her big pool out because it was frozen solid and replaced it with a smaller rubber tub.  She can touch the bottom, and apparently that's not good enough.  I'll put the big tub back in her pen today.   I expect she'll do the happy dance when she's got enough room to do a summersault in the water.

It sounds like she has quite the personality. My other call ducks just tell me 'feed me' and 'argh the giant is coming, run for your lives!'.

This little girl talks up a storm. If I pass her pen and don't stop, she talks behind my back.

Was it you asking for an incubator? I have a Hovabator with a fan that I'm retiring. If you'd like it, I can bring it with me to the sale in Checota on the 31st.
