Hello,
I wanted to thank Al separately but I also want to give out a special thanks to everyone else who helped, but especially to Carah (Sooner), Renia (Queenpeaches),
Jim (Buster), Beth (Cityclucks) and Charley (Pepper48).

Carah has taken on the role as the food director as well as managing the tee shirt operation, doing the planning and sales. I think this was the fourth time as our food director and the third time to do the shirts.
Never complaining and always eager to help even when we are hard on her. She has spent a ot of time recruiting and tracking everything we need in order to have enough food and drinks for everyone attending. Plus she goes the extra mile to make sure people get their shirts. A big hug and special thanks.


Peaches, served as our host this year and I know did an immense amount of work in getting everything ready for all of us to converge on her domain. She also worked the auction and halped Carla track the buying and selling.

Buster, helped with the the processing demo as well as using some of his equipment and provided the highlight of the day for the children with a wonderful magic show.
My son, who is not easily impressed, really enjoyed Jim's show and is still trying to figure out some of the tricks.

Our listmaker, encourager and sign up lady Beth has always gone the extra mile to print nametags and to be on hand to greeet everyone and get them signed in so we can have a good headcount of folks at the event.

Charley wasn't at the event on Saturday but he made the three hour one way drive from Tulsa on Friday to bring processing demo equipment and to help with setting things up. True pioneer spirit in this great guy.

A special thanks to one of our new folks, Cayuseranch, who donated her time and supplies to print out very the nice intenerary cards.

Greybear, thanks for cooking the pig and doing everything it took to get it there and on the table.

AND a special thanks from ME to all of the kids that helped out in any and everyway I asked, especially with the raffle. I owe Clayton (Teach's son) a steak dinner for selling as many raffle tickets as he did.
And although Jer-man is not a kid he sold a lot of the raffle tickets for us so a big thank you to him as well.

I know there were many others that did things like working the auction and helping with the food set up. Setting up tables and chairs and countless other tasks.
To those bringing things to sell, setting up their displays and to everyone for spending money on the auction and raffle to just support the event, thanks!

I am not gonna try and name everyone but please know that anything you did to help was immensly appreciated.

If you are concerned with cocci, I've been reading about adding apple cider vinegar to their water. It has to be the kind that still has the bacterial culture in it (the "mother"). I'll be doing that for the chicks that made the trip to POOPS and back with me, just as a preventative.
