Aww, Buster that is one neat looking home... so cool... I could picture gandolf coming over to visit....

But as any direction the Lord may take ya... after having a good meeting to discuss the pros and cons of listing our current four lil acres up for sale... Jason and I have decided to hold off for now... and take it in one year at a time approaches... and since we have made that choice at this present time... guess what I coaxed Jason into doing with me this weekend...

MUWHAAA...

Taking our bedroom and going TOWANDA!

We have stripped off the old paneling from the walls and YES the ceiling... and discovered where Jimmy Hoffa lay buried... just kidding actually we found the enterance to the Attic... taken down all the old stuffing and sheet rock from the ceiling(that was the fun part until I mis stepped and had my leg fall through the front room ceiling

) and just this evening Jason and I have almost half the ceiling restuffed with new pink fluff and sheet rock...

I guess if we are not going to do any selling soon I wanna keep busy... lol.

And not defeat this topic too off topic and no chickens... Our Americana hatched out another baby for us ... so thats a total of five... but I think she is done as she is trampling on the remaining eggs... and sadly those eggs were still very productive in hatchability until she did that... most of them looked to have been naked neck babies.. UGGG

As far as our garden so far the only plant giving us anything is the zucchini plant... but this heat wave is killing them too... I cant seem to keep it watered enough with out the leaves and stalks looking crispy...

Edited to add that his neck is big, too.

He is a red lace cornish bantam. I have a quad of these little bowling ball built birds and love them. I have about 30 eggs in the incubator so far from them, hope to get lots raised. Very nice quality birds I picked up at poops.

They look different than any I've seen, but I'm still pretty new at chickens. It is a pretty bird. Stocky built. Are they for eating?
