Our main reason to down size is so our focus can be to complete the work we need to finish to get our place up to par and not be stressing with to many extra chores.... which includes the animals...

It doesn't take long before a few more animals and a few more birds, turn what was 30 minutes of chores into 2 hours and 30 minutes. I totally understand.

I have a friend who just built a coop and is looking for some hens. PM me if you decide to sell some of your birds!

Got my first eggs!

3 eggs yesterday, pretty sure they are from my banties and so far 4 eggs today. Of the eggs today, 3 were banty size and 1 was ginormous! Not sure what color to call the huge egg. It's lighter than light brown and not cream colored or white. Guess we'll see what the color is on it tomorrow. I'm so excited!!
