Did you already do a full evaluations on it? If not, what were the elements you didn't care for on it?
Instead of going through the whole spill, here is one of the emails I sent them....

Incubator arrive June 1. They sent the wrong incubator, not the one I ordered. The one I ordered was supposed to have egg trey that you could open with out opening door. Did not get that. Was also supposed to be wired were I could plug in egg turners. When I called him he apologized and said he would send me a power strip. Yes sir, thats how I wanted it fixed. (oh yea, he never even sent that) Here it is middle of July and bottom fan has stopped working. He did anwser that email.
My email to them......

His reply and the last I have heard from them.......
Well that's your problem. The fan was not working or you just need to
change the fuse in it. The fuse is in the part of the cord you plug
in the wall. See if that helps because all my other customers are
happy.
This post may get kicked because I was told once not to post things against other people, BUT you asked so I replied, this is why I think my new custom built incubator sucks. I saw a nice working GQF sale at Blanchard last week for about half what I have in this one.
