A few years ago (meaning a quater of a century LOL) I lived for a while in Alabama and what I grew up calling Muskadines or Possum Grapes they called them Scupernongs I don't remember the spelling exactally that's close LOL they would have them for sale in the produce section of the local Piggly Wiggly even LOL
