Hubby had a growth removed from his lower lip yesterday...so I'l stick close to home to pamper him. Pathology report will be in next week.
Tonight friends from my HS class are going to get together for a fun/fellowship in Shawnee.

Morning all,
Looks like we have another lovely day brewing, so whats on everyone's agenda?
I think I am going to move the pens and clean up a bit, filter through the birds a little harder and get the pens set real well for the coming breeding season.
Had a good start already with the 6 pens I have on lights set 135 eggs on tuesday, we will see how fertility hold up in a a week.
really looking forward to what this year has to bring.

Thank you for the info! It figures that it would be on a weekend that we have poultry shows & a 4H event.

I have a Solar Heater (air exchange) mounts on the roof or side wall. so long as there is sun exposure they are great. You can also find small package unit, CH&A used real cheap from several Heat and Air contractors when they remove them. There are a lot of options. What did you have in mind?

I still haven't shut mine off, I just put lights on what I really want to get out and going especially the ones we have been working on so hard. I saw so much improvement last year in some of these birds it was very nice so I culled way back to the absolute best of the best and am in high hopes of this years young birds.
