***OKIES in the BYC III ***

And another thing I'd like to know-how do you Modern Bantam people make it completely through taking care of these guys without falling over laughing??? Everything they do looks hilarious with those legs

HIs legs take up 3/4 of the picture!

That's a Rosecomb, right, Carl? He's gorgeous! I don't know much but I know pretty when I see it!
And I missed Medfordz suggestion, too. Jim, fill us in!

Yep, thats Rosecomb, I will have a few more coming in. Wheaton, Barred, and BB Red.
I will be breeding some Blacks to continue with them, but in a few months will start the process of making Birchen.

Then Opal, and Columbian in Rosecomb

Yeah, but they are cool birds.. I don't have any because I just can't do long legs. I like my birds short.

Let me get a son out of him raised up.. all of my Blue wheatons and Brassy backs have that temperment. They are great. I need good female breeder birds since I don't want to go through and do what is needed to compete in teh male line wheatons (They are all 1/2 BB Red)

Sounds good. The next one you'd otherwise give to Mike or cull, save him for me :)

I cannot figure for the life of me how top post a photo from mt album here

I can't even find where to put our albums so you're ahead of me. I've been just pulling them off my hard drive. 2 buttons to the left of the paperclip right at the top of this box.

Well, I'm sad to report that the little spraddle legged chick didn't make it. I think it may have had other problems besides that, but no way to know for sure.

Yay for the spell checker on here, but it tells me that spraddle isn't a word. Oh well...

That would be beautiful colors in Rosecombs!

We were all getting so attached to that little one! I wonder if he just couldn't get enough to eat or if there was something else wrong in addition to his legs.
