***OKIES in the BYC III ***

We have great big huge snow flakes coming down! Thanks to YOU ALL everyone's got their cookie tin heaters set up and turned on and they're all locked up snuggled up together. A little surprising but the Faverolles boy and the Silkie boy are all snuggled between the Fav girls together, too. That was an accidental good match.

Just checked out the new site, I don't do well with change!! Hope they do a BYC app soon since most my internet usage is from my phone.
Coral understand your concern about driving that little car in the wind. My sister needed my van today, so I took her car. I was sitting at a light & thought I would flip over sitting still as the car was rocking. I couldn't believe how much the wind would move it!
The little pullet I got from auction has a limp. She had a bloody toe when I got her. I figuredthe limp was from the sore toe. I have inspected her feet don't see anything unusual & can't even tell what toe was bleeding anymore. I have been watching her close & she seems to step on top of her own foot when she walks. I have seen her stand on each of the legs alone, so it isn't that putting weight on it bothers her, just the walking. I will keep watching her & see if I can figure out what is going on.
Tomorrow night will be chilli for dinner, since the weather looks cold & miserable. Been spoiled by the nice warm days we have had all winter.

Thank you so much! The birds are at the OKC zoo, we had a good time there. One of many great pictures of her feeding them.

They were Scoots' (the auction owner) own birds. He said he kept 1 rooster (and a cockerel). Can you imagine how nice that one is!
So Sad.
I'm going to remember that and next time I get the chance I'm going to thank him!
